For parents
Every provider on Pack goes through a multi-step verification process before their listing goes live. We run a background check on the business owner via Checkr, verify their business licence, and require a valid certificate of insurance. Providers also attest to their own staff checks and safeguarding policies. You can see the full details at packforkids.com/verified.
You can cancel a booking from your dashboard under the Bookings tab. Select the booking you want to cancel and follow the prompts. Cancellation policies vary by provider — check the policy on the booking before you confirm.
Pack charges a small platform fee of 4% on each booking. This covers payment processing, customer support, and the cost of verifying every provider on the platform. The fee is shown clearly before you confirm any booking.
Go to your account and select My Children. You can add a child's name, age, and interests — we use this to show you the most relevant activities for your family.
If a provider cancels a session, you'll be notified immediately and issued a full refund. We take provider reliability seriously and monitor cancellation patterns on the platform.
For providers
Start by applying at packforkids.com/providers/join. We'll ask for basic details about your business. Once you submit, we'll begin the verification process — background check, insurance review, and licence check. Most providers are listed within 3–5 business days.
Pack processes payouts on a weekly basis. Your earnings from confirmed bookings are transferred directly to your bank account. You can see your upcoming payout schedule in the Payments tab of your dashboard.
Pack charges providers 8% of each booking value. This covers the cost of payment processing, verification, platform maintenance, and parent acquisition. There are no monthly fees or setup costs.
Everything is in your provider dashboard. Use the Sessions tab to view and manage your schedule, and the Attendance tab to mark students present or absent before or after each session.
Use the Messages tab in your dashboard to send broadcast messages to all enrolled parents, or to specific sessions. You can also set up an automatic welcome message that goes out when a parent books.
