We believe trust should be transparent. So we publish exactly what we check — and where the responsibility sits with providers.
What Pack verifies directly

What providers attest to
Pack cannot be physically present at every provider's location. The following responsibilities sit with the provider, who confirms them in a signed declaration during onboarding.

Where providers attest, Pack takes their declaration seriously. Any provider found to have made a false declaration is permanently removed from the platform and reported to relevant authorities.
